Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalised products.
- Gift cards.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or if the wrong item was shipped. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under this policy.
